As for 2 crashdumps you provided, it has been fixed in 3.2.0.0
As for two German translation bug:
Bug 01: will be fixed in the next version
Bug 02:
as a multi-language software, length of content is always an annoying problem, lots of softwares show some UI presentation bug when they switched to some specific language
sorry but I can't fix this problem under existing framework :-(

Bug 03: Due to limitation of .NET Core, I can't fix it except I move to another framework(along with lots of code rewrite)
