I want to know what did you do when this crash happened?
And could you please send us related info in Windows Event Viewer, every crash will be recorded by this module also.

Hi Mops21,
After detailed analysis, these two crashes are both caused by one of our DLL called "XSec_FC.dll"(It's our antivirus engine) is missing.
Please, make sure your antivirus software not wrongly detect our module as malware.
Also, could you please help us report false positive to the vendor which wrongly remove our DLL?
BTW, we strongly recommend you install no more than two antivirus softwares on your computer.

The log you sent to me shows the same problem, one of our product's module was missing, then application crashed.
I want to know whether this problem is fixed or not in your computer.
