Hi Mops21,
Which operating system do you use?
I have seen the dump you give, it' s a mini-dump, didn't contain much info.
But it seems that the crash was not caused by X-Sec Antivirus.
BTW, I have found that your computer has installed so many antivirus software, it may have some potential conflict between them.

Hi Mops21,
From the info you gave, I can't say which antivirus software cause this issue(maybe none of them), but we don't recommend you install more than 2 antivirus software on your computer.
X-Sec Antivirus is a scanner at present, it can be a good second opinion scanner(but we would like to add real-time protection in the future), and it' s not a kernel-level antivirus, so it seldom leads to system crash.
BTW, if you used Windows 10 and this crash(I mean the same error code, in the dump you gave, the error code is 0x00000133) can be re-produce in other circumstances, you can ask Microsoft for help. :-)

Hi Mops21,
I have got a detailed analysis about the dump you gave.
This crash is caused by a module of Qihoo 360 Total Security.

This thread will be closed because it's not related to X-Sec Antivirus.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
