If you update X-Sec Antivirus by using re-download full package, it will overwrite you current settings.
Also is this so nortmal

I have update first via the Updater and after that I download the full package of it and the Updater says this see my screenshots

This is caused by cache, if you want to avoid such problem, please clear Internet Cache(using some system cleaner) before starting Updater.
