Hi Mops21,
After a detailed analysis about the dump you gave, I wanted to know if any DLLs in X-Sec Antivirus was missing in your computer?
The problem will happen if some DLLs which X-Sec Antivirus needed is missing.
I recommend you to redownload our product and check if your antivirus software removed some parts of our product.
BTW, make sure your computer has installed Visual C++ 2015 Runtime.

Hi Mops21,
Thank you for your further feedback!
BTW, could you please help us report false positive to Avira? I tried to do it few days ago but failed. It seems that Avira' s submission module on website encountered some problem.
